FCCPC probes GTBank, MTN and Air Peace over alleged customer rights violations

The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) said it has launched a major inquiry into widespread consumer complaints against leading players in the banking, telecommunications, and aviation sectors comprising GTBank, MTN, and Air Peace.Â

The Commission disclosed this in a statement signed by its Director of  Corporate Affairs, Ondaje Ijagwu, issued on Sunday.Â

According to the statement, the inquisitions, which will begin on December 3rd, 4th, and 5th respectively, are intended to address issues of poor service delivery, exploitative practices, and potential consumer rights violations.Â
